Welcome to Pierogi Central
Well, it's official: Bob, Mary, Bernita and Brian are heading to Krakow this summer! The Halushki Holy Land! The Belly of the Borscht! The Placki, Pierogi and Pigeons Palace! Pretty exciting! As we wind our way closer to the July 5th departure, this site is a means for us to communicate and to learn more about Poland. Once we're there, and assuming that we're sober enough and not too stuffed with heart-clogging vittles, we can use this site to share some photos and impressions with those back home. So, feel free to start each day leading up to the trip by clicking on the "Krakow Factoids" link to the left. This is a one-a-day (or as often as possible) quick shot of information on Krakow and/or Poland in general.
